About

living with intention

What does it mean to be an intentional community?

They come in all shapes and sizes, but in a nutshell:

We are people who choose to live together, to work together towards common aims, and to cultivate a life that aligns with our core values

What are our intentions?

In all we do, we wish to be of service —to each other, to the world at large, and to the divine in all things— for the benefit of all beings everywhere.

We are deeply grateful for the experiences we've had through the work exchange platform. Some 250 guests and counting have shared their journeys, their stories, and their unique Selves with us.

In exchange, we hope to contribute to each traveler's experience in a meaningful way. We believe our model of intentional community is unique—not better, just different.

For those looking to experience community;

For those who are on a journey of learning;

For those on a path to Self-discovery;

For those seeking radiant health;

For the meditating, juggling, veggie-loving black sheep—

—We are honored to share our knowledge and experience in the areas that we consider our core values or the intentional activities that act as our pillars of energetic support.

To quote one of our guests: "When people want to escape ordinary life, they run away and join the circus. When they need to run away from the circus, they come here!"

“This was by far the best work exchange I have ever done. But more importantly, it is the kindest, most caring, and most supportive environment and people I have ever encountered. Thank you!"

- Tristan (Workaway guest)

What we offer

Activities

The following areas have consistently formed the foundation of our group, and these values have guided our daily life activities for more than 40 years. For us, sharing our knowledge and experience in these areas is the most meaningful gift we can give in an exchange.

(In addition to room and board, of course!)
